Colour Prediction Web Game + Admin

I’m building an online Colour Prediction game under the “Diu Win” brand and need the full website coded and ready for launch. Players must be able to sign in exclusively with their Instagram accounts, so the site has to include a clean Instagram OAuth flow that remembers sessions and handles token refreshes automatically.

Gameplay itself is the classic colour-guess mechanic but presented only in Tournament mode—no single-player or open multiplayer lobbies. After joining a tournament, users place their prediction, watch the real-time result animation, and see an instant leaderboard update.

On the back end I require an admin panel where I can:
• create and schedule new tournaments
• adjust odds / colour ratios before a round begins
• view live participation stats and settled results
• trigger manual payouts or let the system distribute them automatically
• export user and financial reports to CSV

The site should be responsive, lightweight, and secured against typical exploits (SQL injection, CSRF, etc.). A modern stack—React or Vue for the front end, Node.js / Laravel / Django for the API, with a real-time layer via WebSocket or Pusher—will keep everything snappy, but I’m flexible on exact tools if they achieve the same result.

Please deliver:
1. Fully functional website with Instagram login and tournament gameplay
2. Admin panel with the controls listed above
3. Source code (well-commented) and deployment guide so I can host on my own VPS
