Colorful Event Brochure & Flyers

I need a bright, energetic suite of print pieces that will turn heads and leave a lasting impression. The core items are a tri-fold brochure, flyers, and a set of posters, all carrying the same colorful, vibrant style. Their job is twofold: build buzz for an upcoming promotional events and reinforce overall brand awareness.

Content to weave into the tri-fold includes our key business services, what we offer, the company name and contact information but no pricing. The brochure will be infomational to build brand awareness about the business.

For the events flyers and posters, the main event details (editable). I need to be able to edit fonts and photos. Visual consistency across sizes is important, so the colors, fonts, and graphic elements you choose for the brochure should flow naturally onto the flyers and posters.

Deliverables
• Tri-fold brochure laid out for standard US-letter front & back
• Flyers design (8.5 X 11) ready for quick resizing if needed
• Poster design (11 x 17) that scales cleanly
• Print-ready PDFs (300 dpi, CMYK) plus editable source files (Illustrator and Photoshop)

For the flyers and poster I am looking for something that I can input the client's information in, then they can print them up and place them around the school, events, etc promoting the event. That is why I need to be able to edit the flyer font and replace photos. It is something like "The carnival is coming" type of poster. I am looking for something that works for schools, corporate events, birthdays and fundraisers. It can simply be a poster and flyer that works for all of them, or a flyer for each individual user. If you are doing individual users, then I would be looking for something for schools, churches, corporate events, birthday and fundraising.

I’ll supply logos, copy, and any brand guidelines as soon as we kick off. If additional stock images or icons are required, please note that up front so we can secure them quickly. I am requesting PSD files in addition to Illustrator files, as I am good with Photoshop and as previously stated, I would like the ability to edit the files. I need the photos, and text to be able to be edited. If you can create a Canva template as well, that's a bonus.
