College Student Record Note Creation

I need a clear, well-structured set of record notes that college students can actually use day to day. The pack should cover three things:

• a concise record sheet for personal and academic details,
• an assessment log that lets students track their scores and feedback over the semester,
• a “fare note” or end-of-term summary that neatly pulls everything together for easy reference or transfer.

Students are the primary users, so the language, layout, and overall flow must feel student-friendly rather than administrative. If you have ideas that would also make the material useful for teachers or administrators later on, that flexibility is welcome, but the first release must stay student-centred.

I am open to your suggestion on format—digital (Excel, Google Sheets, or another tool) or printable PDFs—so propose what works best for quick updates and clean presentation. Whichever route you take, keep the design intuitive: clear headings, space for comments, and consistent styling.

On delivery I expect:
1. An editable master file.
2. A ready-to-share version (PDF or equivalent).
3. Brief usage notes so students know exactly how to fill each section.

If anything in the brief is unclear, feel free to ask before diving in; I prefer one polished version over multiple revisions later.
