Collaborative Data Catalog Setup

Hands-on Data Catalog & Data Quality Implementation (Collaborative Working Sessions)
I'm looking for an experienced data governance / data catalog specialist to deliver a data catalog and data quality setup for a small internal environment over roughly 2 months.
How we'll work: This is not a hand-off-and-wait project. All work will be done in live, screen-shared working sessions (2–3 sessions per week, 1–2 hours each). You build and configure while walking me through each step, and I work alongside you so our team can fully own and maintain the setup after the engagement ends. Clear explanation of the "why" behind each decision is a core part of the deliverable.
Scope / deliverables:
Data catalog: set up and configure a catalog tool (Microsoft Purview or a comparable open-source tool), register data sources, scan and classify assets, build the business glossary, and document data lineage.
Data quality: define DQ dimensions and rules, implement automated checks/profiling, and set up a simple DQ scorecard or report.
Documentation: a short runbook for every component so it can be maintained without you.
Required skills:
Proven hands-on experience with at least one data catalog tool (Informatica, Purview, Collibra, DataHub, OpenMetadata, or similar)
Data quality frameworks and tools (Informatica, Purview, Great Expectations, Soda, dbt tests, or similar)
Working knowledge of SQL
Strong English communication; comfortable explaining concepts clearly while working
