Cold-Caller for B2B Marketing Agency

B2B marketing agency looking for one cold caller for a paid trial week. If the numbers work
this becomes an ongoing role and we scale the team.

The work
- 100-150 outbound calls per day to small professional-services firms
- Work from a list and script we provide
- Log every call outcome in our CRM
- Book consultations and close smaller deals on the call
- Send a short end-of-day report: dials, conversations, objections, bookings, closes

You need
- Native or near-native English
- To be based in the US or UK
- To be comfortable being told no 95% of the time
- Experience in a high-trust industry is a plus
- To log every call honestly. We measure conversion on conversations, not dials, so
inflating activity helps nobody.

Pay
- Trial week: $15/hr + 10% commission on anything you close
- Moves to your full rate once the list is proven
- Commission paid when the client's payment clears, with a 60-day clawback
