COA Standards Implementation for Behavioral Health

I need comprehensive assistance with developing, documenting, and reviewing compliance for policies and procedures related to client rights (child & adolescent) in behavioral health services in Alaska, USA. This includes all aspects of confidentiality and privacy, informed consent, and access to services.

It MUST be COA (council on accreditation) compliant) and integrated into their format. I can supply the format used for by our organization that is complaint with COA.

Broken English is not acceptable. Writer MUST be an expert level speaker and writer of the English language.

I have already created a partial COA complaint "client rights" document, but I need it put into the correct COA format. This is where I'm struggling. I also need it to be reviewed and revised if needed to meet COA standards. My brain is absolutely exhausted!
