Co Pilot Agent to Automate Investment Summary & Comparison

I receive a steady flow of investment letters and factsheets—some in PDF, others as Word files, and the occasional scanned image. I need a Co-Pilot agent that can read each document, pull out the essential information, and hand back two ready-to-share files:

• A Word report that presents the extracted information in bullet points. It must cover performance metrics, investment strategy, key benefits, and the main terms for each fund.

• An Excel workbook that sets the two investments side-by-side against the benchmarks I’ll provide. One sheet should hold the comparative table; another should translate those numbers into a clear chart.

Accuracy matters: figures in the spreadsheet must match the source documents, and the wording in the summary should stay faithful to what’s written. If OCR is required for the scans, build that into the workflow.

Please script the process so I can drop fresh PDFs, Word docs, or scans into a folder and regenerate the summary and comparison with minimal effort.

The agent must work seamlessly in Microsoft 365 and while it can obtain some information from the web, it must only save data within our company accounts
