• First contact: Introduce the role, confirm they have meaningful Airbnb or short-term rental exposure, and gauge their interest.
• Communication check: Use the initial email thread and a brief written assessment to judge clarity, tone, and follow-through.
• Handover: Collect an up-to-date CV plus a concise summary of their relevant experience and your notes on culture fit, then pass everything to me for final review.
