Hey, Let me explain the situation clearly so there’s no misunderstanding before we go any further.
The agency is still at the starting stage. I’m building it from the ground up, so I’m not coming to you as an established agency with an existing client pipeline. I’m currently working on the offer, positioning, systems and overall business side.
What I’m specifically looking for is a genuine co-founder/long-term acquisition partner, not a freelancer or an employee. I want someone who can take real ownership of client acquisition — prospect research, cold outreach, qualification, follow-ups, appointment setting and eventually helping move prospects through the sales process.
My responsibility would be the agency side: building the offer, marketing/branding, fulfillment, delivery, systems, client management and making sure we can actually deliver once clients come in.
Because we’re starting from zero, I can’t offer an upfront payment, hourly rate, monthly salary or fixed freelance fee. I don’t want to pretend otherwise.
My preferred structure is 100% performance/revenue based initially. If you personally bring in a client and that client generates revenue for the agency, you receive an agreed percentage of that revenue. So there is no fixed payment before results, but your upside is directly connected to the business you help generate.
I also don’t expect you to blindly work for months without knowing whether this can work. I’d rather start with a small trial, test one niche/offer, measure the outreach and appointments, and see whether we work well together.
If we start generating consistent revenue, I want the relationship to grow beyond a simple commission arrangement. The long-term goal is to build the agency together, with both sides having meaningful ownership of their responsibilities and upside.
So if you're looking for a normal paid freelance/appointment-setting role, I completely understand and I probably wouldn't be the right opportunity right now. But if you're genuinely interested in building an agency from the ground up as a long-term acquisition partner/co-founder, I'd definitely like to explore it with you.
If that sounds like what you're looking for, we can discuss the niche, commission structure and exactly how we'd run the first 30-day trial.
