Alongside the public site, an admin panel must give us full control—viewing live transaction metrics, adjusting fees, managing disputes, and verifying users.

I’ll take care of marketing, compliance paperwork, and community growth. Your focus will be the tech stack, architecture, and ongoing improvements. We can agree milestones for MVP, security hardening, and feature roll-outs, all mapped to revenue goals so our 50 / 50 split is clear and transparent.
