C#/.NET Developer for Music App Revamp - 100usd

Hi!
We are a small team that has developed Shuffler (shuffler.tv), an Android and iOS app for creating collaborative music videos. Think of TikTok with a different concept: users record short clips to the same song and create a music video together. Its user generated - music videos app.
The app was fully functional some time ago, but we had a problem with our previous free server and lost our content.
We have now purchased a new server and need an experienced backend developer to restore the backend and get the app running again. We will pay 100usd for that.
You will work with our existing C#/.NET backend and help us maintain and improve it. Our previous backend developer will focus on the AI features and will be available to help you understand the existing system. An NDA is required before starting.
What we need
• Strong experience with C# / .NET Web API
• Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core
• Ability to understand existing code and fix backend/API issues
• Knowledge of API security, authentication, and database management
• Experience with FFmpeg or video/audio processing is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the backend
How we work
We are small team with 4 memebers. We usually meet online once a week for 30-60min, on Saturday or Sunday, to share our plans and progress. The workload may vary, normally we just add one new feature or optimize some tasks. We really each time want to do small step forward and keep app live, stable and running.
Our goal is to restore the app first, then gradually improve it with new features, AI integration - adding some cool video filters, and a better user experience. You will work together with our iOS and Android developer.
We are looking for someone who would like to stay with us in future long-term and help grow the project. A bit struggle with us. Since we are still working toward user growth and monetization, the initial compensation will be modest, potentially at minimum wage, subject to agreement.
We prefer Europeans because of time zone, but its not a must.
