### Project Overview

TrackNova Technologies is a US-based startup developing a commercial GPS tracking, AI dash-camera, body-camera, and cellular connectivity platform.

We currently have working AI dash cameras connected to a third-party CMSV6/CMSV9 platform, GPS tracking devices, active SIM cards, and a Bluehost VPS.

Our supplier has confirmed that self-hosting and custom branding are available.

We are seeking an experienced developer to deploy our licensed CMSV6/CMSV9 software, integrate our existing hardware, and establish a secure, TrackNova-branded platform.

### Scope of Work

**Phase 1 — Server Assessment and Installation**

- Audit our Bluehost VPS, including operating system, CPU, RAM, storage, and networking.
- Verify compatibility with CMSV6/CMSV9.
- Install and configure the licensed server software on a compatible Linux environment.
- Configure our domain, HTTPS, firewall, and administrator access.

**Phase 2 — Hardware Integration**

- Connect one existing GPS tracking device.
- Connect one existing 4G AI dash camera.
- Demonstrate live GPS tracking and vehicle location history.
- Test live video streaming and supported remote playback.
- Verify available ADAS/DMS safety alerts.

**Phase 3 — Branding and Customer Management**

- Configure TrackNova Technologies branding, subject to software licensing capabilities.
- Configure separate customer accounts with restricted vehicle access.
- Demonstrate how a dealership or fleet customer would log in and manage its own devices.
- Review available APIs for future custom dashboards and subscription management.

**Phase 4 — Security, Testing, and Handover**

- Configure secure access, backups, and basic monitoring.
- Test the system with our existing devices.
- Document the installation, configurations, and recovery procedures.
- Provide administrator training and hand over all required credentials and documentation.

### Required Experience

- Demonstrable CMSV6/CMSV9 or closely related CMSV7 telematics platform experience.
- Linux VPS administration.
- GPS tracker integration and device communication protocols.
- MDVR, 4G dash cameras, and remote video streaming.
- API integration and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience supporting commercial multi-customer platforms.

### Important Requirements

We will provide the licensed software and supplier documentation when available. Third-party licensing and hosting costs must be identified separately.

The initial project does not require a new mobile application, custom AI model, or continuous cloud video recording.

We prefer on-device video storage with supported remote playback to minimize data costs.

All server infrastructure, domains, administrator accounts, and customer data must remain under TrackNova Technologies' control.
