I run a multi-tenant SaaS platform that leans heavily on Cloudflare for security, DNS, traffic steering and load balancing. I’m looking for someone who can stay on top of our edge configuration and the underlying servers day after day—think of it as a continual performance quest rather than a one-off job.

Your regular routine will revolve around three big areas for us:
• Server monitoring and optimisation – you’ll watch the dashboards and logs, step in when metrics drift and fine-tune for pure performance. The goal is to shave latency, boost response times and keep us smooth when traffic surges.
• Network traffic management and load balancing – update Cloudflare settings, health-check origins, and balance traffic across nodes so spikes are absorbed without a hiccup.
• Customer onboarding and whitelabelling – every new tenant needs a branded sub-domain, SSL, custom DNS and whitelabel rules; you’ll script or manually handle that flow so it stays friction-free.

We care most about performance tuning: lower latency, faster responses and the headroom to accept higher concurrency without adding unnecessary hardware. Tools you’re comfortable with—Cloudflare Workers, Rules, WAF, Argo, Load Balancing, Linux monitoring stacks, CI/CD hooks—will fit right in.

Deliverables for each cycle are straightforward: an updated configuration, a short report showing before/after metrics, and any new automation scripts committed to our repo. If you thrive on squeezing extra milliseconds out of every request and enjoy the craft of rock-solid SaaS uptime, let’s talk.
