We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to enter data from clinical chart forms (PDF/soft copy) into a structured Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
The dataset consists of **273 pages**, with **each page representing one participant**. Every page contains a standardized clinical chart with demographic information and multiple numerical measurements.
Scope of Work
Transfer data accurately from **273 PDF pages** into the provided Excel template.
Each page = one row in the Excel sheet.
Enter both:
- Basic participant information (IDs and other general variables)
- Clinical numerical measurements
* Follow the provided variable guide and Excel template exactly.
* Ensure all values are entered accurately without altering the spreadsheet structure.
Deliverables
- A completed Excel file with data entered for all 273 pages.
- Any unclear or unreadable values should be highlighted or noted rather than guessed.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy when entering large amounts of numerical data.
- Previous experience with medical or research data entry is preferred but not required.
