We're looking for a Clinical Content Creator & Advisor to design and develop our Caregiver Course from the ground up, built on a new-age instructional design framework that brings together:

Blended learning — self-paced content paired with hands-on, experiential modules
Simulation-based training design
Incubation-lab methodology for real-world skill transfer
Content that builds clinical competence and caregiving mindset

Who should apply:
Senior Nurse Leaders with hands-on clinical and mentoring experience
Clinical Experts who have designed training courses or curricula before
Professionals who want to help build India's next generation of skilled, career-ready caregivers

This starts as a freelance engagement, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right person. Compensation will be as per industry norms.
