Climate & Energy Risk Advisory

I’m putting together a full-scope engagement that combines climate-related risk assessment with practical energy engineering solutions. On the risk side I need a partner who can examine physical threats (heat, flood, wind, drought, etc.), model transitional exposure as policies and markets shift, and keep me ahead of evolving regulatory requirements.

Equally important is the engineering work. I’ll be asking you to carry out facility-level energy audits, craft renewable energy options that fit our load profile, and build a clear pathway to higher efficiency across operations.

Deliverables will therefore fall into two tracks:

• Climate Risk Assessment
– Quantified physical, transitional and regulatory risk profiles
– Data sources, assumptions and models fully documented
– A prioritised action matrix for mitigation and adaptation

• Energy Engineering Package
– Audit reports with current-state baselines and savings forecasts
– Feasible renewable integration concepts (PV, wind, storage or hybrid) with ROI calculations
– Efficiency roadmap with short-, medium- and long-term measures, plus measurement & verification plan

Please outline in your proposal which tools or frameworks you use (e.g., TCFD, ISO 50001, RETScreen, EnergyPlus, OpenLCA) and include a brief example of similar work you have delivered. A concise timeline and staging of milestones will help me compare approaches. I’m ready to move quickly once I see a solid methodology.
