The Role
The Client Partnership Manager (CPM) is a trusted partner to Nordic clients and prospective clients. This position includes building strong relationships, identifying and managing staff augmentation opportunities, and strategically expanding Nordic’s services as a member of account and pursuit teams. The Client Partnership Manager will work closely with the Client Partnership Directors/Executives (CPD/CPE) and the Vice President of Client Partnerships for their region. This position is a critical part of the Client Partnerships team in solving client problems in the spirit of Nordic’s maxims.
Key Responsibilities
The Client Partnership Manager will have the following key responsibilities which include, but are not limited to:
Creating and maintaining exceptional relationships with key client stakeholders and internal partners, serving as primary client contact for all staff augmentation needs
Collaborating with CPE/CPD on client portfolio, account, and relationship strategy development and execution
Partnering with CPE/CPD in identifying, developing, managing, and winning large, complex sales opportunities and participating in proposal responses
Identifying client needs and responding attentively to inbound staff augmentation requests, providing excellent customer service through creative problem solving in addition to timely and professional communication
Developing and executing strategies to expand staff augmentation business at clients, including marketing and sales campaigns
Matching the right consultant to the right opportunity ensuring client requirements are met
Positioning resumes and sharing tailored insights with client based on the consultant and opportunity
Preparing consultants for interviews
Monitoring client satisfaction and consultant performance, carefully managing client concerns or escalations
Identifying opportunities to pivot staffing requests to other Nordic solutions
Coordinating with internal partners to ensure satisfactory consultant onboarding for our clients
Assisting with and attending Nordic special events and conferences at Corporate office or other locations
Collaborating with internal team members to continually enhance operational processes and sharing best practices to improve business operations, client experience, and operational efficiency
Working on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary
Remaining flexible to ever changing client requests and prioritizing accordingly
Developing and complying with internal processes to maintain relevant client details such as opportunities, client contacts, and communications
Communicating in a timely manner to resolve client requests and needs
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
Experience with EHR and/or ERP platforms strongly preferred such as:
EHR: Epic, Oracle Health, MEDITECH
ERP: Infor, Workday
Demonstrated success in customer service or account management
Experience utilizing a strong customer service attitude and skill set
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Solution-oriented mindset with demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated personal drive and “fire in the belly” willingness to proactively reach out to establish new relationships and deepen existing relationships
Demonstrated adaptability, willingness to learn and be coached, and quickly apply knowledge to the role
Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims
Able to work well under pressure and within time constraints
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
Additional Details
Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
Availability to work occasional nights and weekends as business needs arise
