The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients from different backgrounds. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term working relationship.
Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with clients and business partners.
Respond to client inquiries clearly, politely, and promptly.
Maintain positive and professional client relationships.
Help ensure smooth communication throughout projects.
Follow up with clients and provide updates when necessary.
Participate in online meetings or calls when needed.
Requirements
Located in the United States, the European Union, or Latin America.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Reliable computer and stable, high-speed internet connection.
Availability of at least 2–3 hours per day.
Professional, dependable, and well-organized.
Comfortable communicating with international clients.
Nice to Have
Background or experience in software development.
Working knowledge of German or Spanish.
Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or project coordination.
