I have a CAD model for a slim button block that measures 290 mm × 75 mm × 17 mm and incorporates living hinges. Each button only needs 1 mm of travel yet must stand up to many presses, so durability with a little give is essential.

Material & finish
I’m leaning toward clear PP filament because it delivers the moderate flexibility these hinges demand while keeping the part optically translucent. If you believe a specific clear resin can meet the same mechanical targets just as well, let me know—performance comes first. Whichever route we take, the final parts should feel smooth to the touch; visible layer lines need to be kept to a minimum.

Quantity & accuracy
Two identical pieces are required. Please keep overall dimensions within typical hobby-grade tolerances (±0.2 mm or better across the length) so the block nests cleanly into the rest of my assembly.

Deliverables
• 2 printed button blocks in clear PP (or an equivalent clear resin you can justify)
• Post-processing to achieve a smooth exterior
• Safe, protected packaging so they arrive without warping or scuffs

In your proposal, briefly outline:
• The printer and material you’ll use
• Expected layer height and any smoothing steps
• Estimated turnaround and shipping time to Australia

I’ll supply the STL as soon as we agree on the approach. Looking forward to seeing how you can make these living hinges last.
