Clean & Verify 50K Emails -- 3

We have a database export of approximately 50,000 email addresses that needs a complete clean-up and verification. Every record must be tested and turned into two plain-text files:

- GOOD.txt: All emails that pass all verification checks.
- BAD.txt: All emails failing any reason (e.g., syntax, domain, duplicates, invalid characters).

Accuracy is key; you can use professional tools or APIs like NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or similar to handle syntax, domain, and live mailbox confirmation. Deliverables should be simple UTF-8 encoded .txt files—no spreadsheets or formatted outputs.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. Files delivered as UTF-8 plain text.
2. Totals match the original 50k records.
3. Spot-checks show no bounces or undetected issues.

Note: We need this done efficiently and for $20 AUD using appropriate automation programs/tools.
