Clean & Reformat CSV/Excel

I will provide one or more CSV / Excel files that need a quick but thorough data-cleanup pass. The job is straightforward:

• Remove every duplicate row.
• Identify and treat missing values—either fill with logical defaults where obvious or leave a clearly labeled placeholder so nothing slips through unnoticed.
• Bring all columns into a consistent, readable format. If a column holds dates, numbers, or free text, make sure each entry follows the same style so downstream analysis is painless. I’m flexible on the exact convention you use as long as it is consistent and well-documented.

Once the file is spotless, return the data to me in both formats—an .xlsx workbook and a matching .csv export—so I can drop either version straight into my pipeline.

Feel free to use whatever you’re fastest with (Python/pandas, Power Query, VBA, etc. all fine) as long as the end result is accurate and reproducible. If any edge cases appear, flag them in a short read-me so I know what needed special handling.
