I need my PDF recreated in Word, preserving every sentence exactly as it appears while stripping away any odd line breaks or inconsistent spacing that crept in during scanning. No rewriting and no additional proofreading—just the original wording presented with tidy, consistent formatting.

The structure is important to me: headings should remain headings, body paragraphs should flow naturally under them, and each original page break must fall at the same spot in the .docx file. That way, anyone cross-referencing the PDF can jump to the right place instantly.

Whenever a word or passage is blurry or otherwise unreadable, simply highlight that section in the Word document; do not guess or leave it blank. This visual cue lets me resolve uncertainties later.
