Clean Data mixed files -- 2

I have a set of raw information that must be transferred quickly and fault-free into Excel. The job is strictly data entry: no formulas, macros, or analysis—just clean, consistent typing and careful double-checking before saving.

You’ll receive the source files in a mix of PDFs and screenshots. Your task is to input everything row by row into the template I provide, following the column order exactly and preserving any capitalization, punctuation, and spacing that appears in the originals.

Speed is useful, yet accuracy is critical. Before returning the file, run a final pass to confirm there are no missing values or extra spaces, then save the workbook in both .xlsx and .csv formats.

I’ll review the first 100 rows for accuracy; if everything matches, you can proceed with the remainder.
