Project Overview
I have a hand-drawn sketch of a house with room dimensions. I need it turned into a clean 2D floor plan, similar in style to the attached example. Description of the project:
Attached images are my hand drawn dimensions fo the house and the permiter.

What the drawing must include
All rooms with their dimensions labeled
Doors and windows in each room
The house’s outer perimeter and walls (front and back)
The surrounding property: perimeter walls, gates/doors, and driveway, with the house placed inside it
Accuracy
The sketch is hand-drawn, so measurements don’t need to be exact to the centimeter. Use your best judgment to keep it proportional and clear. The goal is a clear layout I can present.

Example of the drawing style I want
30-minute video explaining the sketch, room by room
Window positions and any extra details will be shared once the job is awarded
Once started I will provide the dimensions of the windows around the house and a two minute video showing the perimeter of the house.
Deadline
Delivery by midnight Mexico City time on Wednesday, Oct 28, or provide your proposed deadline.
