I have an early-stage idea—currently summed up only by the working title “Wkwkkwwwkwk”—and I need help turning it into a clearly defined project brief. Right now, the format (website, app, or something else), the core objective, and the exact audience are still open questions.

What I need from you is a structured discovery process that pinpoints:
• which digital product type best fits the concept,
• the primary goal it should serve (sales, information, engagement, or another KPI we identify together), and
• the audience segments most worth targeting.

Once those fundamentals are locked, I’d like a concise requirements document and a simple roadmap that breaks the work into logical phases, including high-level features, success metrics, and any critical technical considerations. If you can add lightweight wireframes or user-flow sketches, even better.

Acceptance criteria
• A written brief (3-5 pages) covering purpose, audience, feature set, and tech stack recommendations
• A phased timeline with clear milestones
• Optional visuals (wireframes or user flows) if feasible within the agreed timeline

Please tell me about similar scoping or product-definition work you’ve done and the frameworks or tools you prefer (e.g., user-story mapping, MoSCoW, Jira, Figma). I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on an approach.
