Location: Metro Manila
Work setup & shift: Remote | Day Shift
Schedule: Thursday–Monday (weekend coverage required)

Role overview
The Claims Associate provides administrative and customer service support to customers filing insurance claims — handling incoming claims, gathering the information needed to process them, and helping customers understand their policies so claims are processed efficiently and fairly. The role also covers following up on claims, resolving customer complaints, and general customer service, so we're looking for someone comfortable being both detail-oriented and customer-facing.
What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to claimants
Assist in claims processing and documentation
Analyze claims data and identify trends
Assist in resolving complex claims issues
Liaise with relevant stakeholders
What You'll Need:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in google suite
Experience handling insurance claims
Ability to interpret legal documents
Typing speed of 30–60 WPM or above
