I will supply raw drone clips of our new real-estate development together with a simple site map and a shortlist of the key spots we want viewers to notice. Your task is to transform that material into a modern, sleek connectivity video that feels high-end from the very first frame.

The finished piece must:
• Flow smoothly with cinematic transitions and a consistent, professional colour grade.
• Visually trace routes to nearby landmarks and destinations using clean map or line-animation overlays and tasteful text call-outs.
• Evoke a premium real-estate advertising style that plays perfectly on social media—think Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and paid ads—while remaining sharp enough for wider marketing use.

I am flexible on the final runtime; once we agree on the storyboard we can lock duration. Aspect ratios for square, vertical and widescreen versions will be needed, so please keep that in mind while editing.

Deliverables
1. Master 4K (or highest-quality) video file.
2. Social-media-optimised exports (1080x1080, 1080x1920, 1920x1080).
3. Project file with all graphics, fonts and LUTs intact so in-house tweaks remain possible.
