Cinematic Indian Wedding Media Team Needed

​We are looking for an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented freelance media team (or multi-talented lead with an assistant) to capture the vibrant colors, sacred rituals, and high-energy celebrations of our multi-day Indian wedding. The candidate will deliver traditional and candid photography, 4K cinematic video, and fast-turnaround Instagram Reels / short-form content throughout all event functions.
​Function-Wise Scope of Work
​Engagement & Ring Ceremony:
​Focus on candid couple portraits, key stage moments (ring exchange, family toasts, cake cutting), and family group shots.
​Mehendi:
​Capture intricate mehendi design details, vibrant guest portraits, candid music/dance moments, and bridal aesthetic shots.
​Haldi:
​High-energy daytime photo/video coverage capturing "Phoolon ki Holi", color-smearing moments, candid expressions, and family rituals.
​Wedding Ceremony (Pheras & Vidaai):
​Full coverage of bridal/groom getting-ready shots, grand entries, Baraat procession, Mandap rituals, Var Mala, Pheras, and emotional Vidaai moments.
​Reception:
​Formal stage photography, grand couple entry, family portraits, speeches, first dance, and evening party highlights.
​Key Deliverables
​Instagram Reels & Social Media (Fast Turnaround):
​[X] Vertical Reels (9:16 ratio) edited with trending audio, smooth transitions, and color grading.
​Teaser Reel (24–48 Hour Turnaround): Deliver 1–2 short highlight Reels during or immediately after the event days for real-time social posting.
​Photography:

​Cinematography:

​Required Qualifications & Equipment
​Proven experience covering multi-day Indian weddings (must provide portfolio/Instagram links).
​Gear requirements: Full-frame 4K cameras, fast prime/zoom lenses, gimbals/stabilizers, proper on-camera flash, and wireless lavalier mics for crisp audio during rituals.
​Strong ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic lighting environments (bright daytime Haldi vs. low-light Pheras/Reception).
​Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro, and fast mobile editors (CapCut/InShot).
