Cinematic Corporate Event Vlog Editing

Raw 4K footage from a recent corporate event has to be shaped into a polished travel-style vlog that still feels formal and professional. The shoot captured airport arrivals, venue walk-throughs, keynote highlights, team-building excursions, and candid moments in between; I want the final cut to flow like a seamless journey while reflecting our brand’s clean, executive tone.

Key editing tasks include colour grading for a cinematic look, buttery-smooth transitions, lower-third name straps, subtle motion graphics for section breaks, and carefully chosen royalty-free music that never overpowers the narration. Brand assets—logo sting, corporate colour palette, and a brief style guide—will be supplied. Please keep pacing tight and purposeful; every scene should either advance the story of the trip or showcase company culture.

Deliverables
• One master video, 4–6 minutes, 3840×2160 (H.264)
• Two social cut-downs (≤60 s each) in vertical 1080×1920, same visual style
• Project files (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve) with all assets correctly linked

Acceptance criteria
1. Colour grade matches provided reference stills.
2. Audio levels peak below –6 dB; dialog remains clear throughout.
3. No clip exceeds three seconds of unusable shake; transitions feel intentional.
4. Final export passes a quick spot check for spelling on lower thirds and title cards.
