Cinematic AI-Generated Video Production

We are a real estate education school looking for a skilled AI video creator to produce illustrative short films that bring educational concepts, scenarios, and real-world situations to life for our learners.

We will provide the completed scripts and subject matter. Your role will be to transform those scripts into engaging, cinematic AI-generated videos that help learners visualize the situations being discussed and make the educational content more memorable.

Projects will typically be approximately 5–8+ minutes in length and may use tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, Seedance, or similar AI video platforms.

We are looking for someone who can:

- Create cohesive, professional visuals across many scenes, with consistent characters, environments, tone, and visual style.
- Turn an educational script into a compelling short-film-style experience with thoughtful scene composition, pacing, transitions, sound design, and editing.
- Maintain continuity throughout longer videos rather than producing a slideshow or a collection of unrelated AI clips.
- Work from scripts we provide and make sound creative decisions about how each scene should be visually represented.
- Deliver polished, learner-ready videos suitable for use inside an online professional education course.

This may become an ongoing relationship, as we expect to produce multiple videos for our courses.

Please include examples of your longest comparable AI-generated videos, particularly narrative, cinematic, educational, or story-driven work. We are especially interested in seeing examples that demonstrate character consistency and visual continuity across several minutes.
