Chinese Text Entry Assistance Needed

I have a collection of Chinese-language materials that need to be typed accurately into a spreadsheet and a web form I will share once we start. The source files are readable but not selectable, so the work is pure manual entry: you will read the text and re-type it exactly as written, observing punctuation, line breaks, and any special characters.

Accuracy is far more important than speed; I will give you simple validation rules and a sample file so you can see the expected format. Whenever you finish a batch, I will cross-check it and return any rows that need correction so we can keep quality at 100 %.

There is no fixed deadline—I’m happy for you to work at a comfortable pace and send updates whenever a section is complete. A short progress note every few days is enough so I know where things stand.

Deliverables
• An Excel workbook (or Google Sheet, if you prefer) containing the fully typed Chinese text, one row per source segment, with all fields populated and double-checked for typos.
• A brief summary of any characters you were unsure about so I can review them quickly.
