China/HK Funds Account Manager

I need a reliable professional based in mainland China or Hong Kong to take full charge of our day-to-day funds management. Each business day you will:

• Reconcile every incoming and outgoing payment across our bank and payment-platform accounts
• Update a shared Excel or Google Sheets ledger with running balances, notes and supporting screenshots
• Prepare a concise cash-flow report and balance summary before close of business
• Execute transfers or payments once I give written approval, then record the transaction immediately

Fast, error-free reporting and absolute confidentiality are critical. All compensation will be sent in CNY to your local account, and I’m looking for someone who can start right away and grow with us for the long term.
