China Brand Engagement Campaign 2026

I am preparing a full-scale brand awareness push for September 2026 aimed squarely at the Chinese market, with customer engagement as the north-star metric. Social media will be the campaign’s heartbeat, and my immediate focus is YouTube—chosen for its storytelling power and global reach. I am, however, open to weaving in local channels such as WeChat, Weibo or Douyin once a solid YouTube framework is in place.
Here is what I need from you:
• A channel-specific strategy that maps out content themes, posting cadence and optimisation tactics for the three months leading into, during and after September 2026.
• Production or coordination of attention-grabbing short-form and long-form videos, including thumbnails, captions and end screens tailored to spark conversation and shares.
• Community management: prompt replies in comments, creative call-to-action hooks and any live-stream elements that deepen two-way interaction.
• Performance tracking with clear weekly dashboards highlighting view-through rate, watch time, subscriber growth and engagement ratios, followed by actionable tweaks.
Acceptance criteria: the plan is considered successful once channel engagement (likes, comments, shares) rises by at least 25 % from the pre-campaign baseline and all scheduled assets are delivered on time, ready for launch.
If you have demonstrable experience running Chinese-market campaigns on YouTube and can start refining the roadmap right away, I would love to see how you can bring this vision to life.
