Children’s Book Illustrations Wanted

My picture book for children aged 4–7 is almost ready to print, and now it needs the magic of colourful, engaging illustrations. The story runs sixteen spreads, so I anticipate a polished cover, full-page interior scenes, and a few small spot pieces, though we can finalise the exact count once you have seen the manuscript.

I’m open on style—whether your strength is playful cartoon work, gentle watercolours, or a more graphic approach, the key is clear storytelling that keeps early readers curious and smiling. Each illustration must be delivered in high-resolution RGB for digital review and CMYK print-ready format, along with the layered source files (PSD, AI, or Procreate).

After you read the manuscript we’ll agree on a visual direction, rough storyboard, deadlines for roughs, colour finals, and any revisions. When the art is complete, I’ll credit you prominently in the book and can supply a printed copy for your portfolio.
