Chicago Style Paper Formatting

I have a completed research paper in Microsoft Word that now needs to look as though it stepped straight out of The Chicago Manual of Style. All text is already written; what I need from you is clean, consistent formatting throughout the document.

Here is exactly what I expect:
• Apply full Chicago guidelines to margins, font, spacing, indents, title-page elements and page numbering.
• Rework every in-text citation so it follows the Chicago author-date convention, matching punctuation, abbreviations and ordering precisely.
• Format every footnote and endnote so they comply with Chicago requirements for numbering, spacing and placement.

I will supply the Word file and any style-sheet notes I have. Please return a single .docx file with track-changes off and a short change log highlighting anything that required interpretation.

If you are confident with Chicago style in Word and can turn this around accurately and quickly, I look forward to working together.
