Chennai Collections Specialist

I need a dependable Collection & Recovery agent based in Chennai to handle day-to-day follow-ups with our small-business customers. Your core task is to recover unpaid rental bills quickly and professionally, almost entirely over the phone.

You’ll receive a daily list of accounts with ageing details. I expect you to:
• Call each customer, remind them of the outstanding amount, and agree on a realistic payment date.
• Update the status of every call in the tracker I provide so that figures, promises-to-pay, and any disputes are always current.
• Escalate accounts that require legal or senior-management attention.

Consistent results matter more than high-pressure tactics, so tactful negotiation skills and clear record-keeping are essential. Familiarity with basic spreadsheets or any standard CRM will help you settle in faster, but I’m happy to walk you through our system on day one.
