Chelmsford Two-Room Painting Job

I’m updating two rooms in my Chelmsford, Essex home and need an experienced painter-decorator who can deliver a clean, high-end finish. Both rooms are in good condition no repairs are required—so the job is focused on preparation, protection, and precise application.

The walls and ceilings will be finished in a matte sheen, and I already have specific colours chosen for each room. You’ll also refresh the skirting boards and any other exposed woodwork so everything ties together seamlessly. Flooring, furniture, and adjacent areas must be fully protected throughout the project, and the rooms should be left spotless on completion.

Deliverables:
• Prepare all surfaces (light sanding, filling pinholes if spotted)
• Apply matte coats to walls and ceilings in my chosen colours
• Paint skirting boards/woodwork to match the new scheme
• Maintain a tidy workspace with full floor and furniture protection
• Provide a professional, even finish with crisp edges
