Chartered Accountant Needed for Startup Funding

## Freelancer Post: CA Required for Government Investment Scheme Application

We are looking for an experienced **Chartered Accountant** to assist us in preparing and submitting an application under a government-backed investment scheme for our technology startup.

Our proposed project involves developing an **AI-driven e-learning marketplace platform** with significant investment in software development, enterprise GPU infrastructure, servers, data-centre services, content development, marketing, and rented office premises.

### Scope of Work

The selected CA will be required to support us with:

* Reviewing the scheme application form and documentation requirements
* Guiding us on the correct classification of fixed and variable project costs
* Structuring the overall project cost within the applicable funding limits
* Preparing the project cost and means-of-finance statement
* Advising on promoter contribution, investment assistance, and funding ratios
* Reviewing vendor quotations for hardware, software, rent, server hosting, and professional services
* Advising whether project costs should be presented inclusive or exclusive of GST
* Preparing or reviewing projected financial statements
* Preparing projected profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements
* Assessing repayment capacity and project viability
* Supporting preparation of the detailed project report
* Guiding us on interest during the development period, depreciation, working capital, and eligible expenditure
* Assisting with online form filing and resolving financial or project-cost queries raised during appraisal
* Coordinating with our management, vendors, and other professionals until successful submission

### Preferred Experience

We prefer a CA who has prior experience in:

* Government funding, investment, subsidy, or startup finance schemes
* Detailed project reports and financial projections
* Technology, software, AI, EdTech, SaaS, or digital-platform projects
* Escrow-based vendor payment structures
* Startup valuation, project appraisal, or institutional finance
* Online government application portals
