Charming Appointment Setter Needed -- 2

Hey y’all! I’m looking for someone who is really good on the phone and would be interested in helping me set appointments with local businesses!

I’m an independent Aflac Benefits Advisor, and basically I need someone who can help with the part I don’t always have enough time to do — calling businesses and getting me in the door.

You’d be calling local businesses, asking for the owner/manager or whoever handles their employee benefits, giving them a quick explanation of why you’re calling, and trying to schedule a quick 10–15 minute appointment for me to talk with them.

You’re NOT selling insurance or closing anything. Once you get the appointment scheduled, I take it from there!

I’d mainly need help with:

• Calling businesses from lead lists
• Getting through to the owner/manager/decision-maker
• Briefly explaining that I help businesses offer additional employee benefits, including options that can be offered at no direct cost to the business
• Getting them interested enough to have a quick conversation with me
• Scheduling the appointment on my calendar
• Keeping notes on who you spoke with and any follow-ups
• Letting me know a little about the conversation before I go into the meeting

I can provide leads, information about what I do, talking points, and scripts — I mainly need someone who is comfortable picking up the phone and actually getting conversations started.

I’d love someone who is friendly, confident, persistent without being pushy, and doesn’t get discouraged by hearing “no.” If you have cold-calling, appointment-setting, customer service, telemarketing, or B2B experience, even better!

Bilingual English/Spanish would also be a plus, but definitely not required.

This would be working directly with me, not a position employed by Aflac.
