I want to assign you the complete end-to-end development of my existing ChaloTrain Android app, from the current ZIP project to Google Play Store publication.
You will be responsible for all remaining work and any technical issues discovered during development, including:
1. Complete project audit and fixing existing and newly discovered bugs.
2. Fixing Android Studio, Gradle, build and compatibility issues.
3. Completing and verifying train/station autocomplete across all relevant screens.
4. Completing and testing all agreed railway API integrations: Train Search, PNR Status, Live Train Status, Train Schedule, Trains Between Stations, Seat Availability, Fare Enquiry and Live Station information.
5. Fixing API failures, incorrect data mapping, train-number mismatches, timeouts and error handling.
6. Secure backend deployment, HTTPS, API key protection, caching and production configuration.
7. Fixing all UI/UX issues, navigation problems, crashes and loading states.
8. Completing the remaining agreed features and English/Hindi support.
9. Full Android device testing and fixing issues found during testing.
10. Preparing the signed production AAB, app icon, screenshots, store listing, privacy policy and required Play Console declarations.
11. Play Console submission, technical rejection fixes and support until the app is published, subject to Google's approval.
12. Delivering the complete updated source code, backend code, deployment instructions and final release files.
Important conditions:
- Continue from my existing ZIP project. Preserve completed work and do not rebuild from scratch without my approval.
- Do not use mock APIs or hardcoded results for features requiring live railway data.
- Handle all technical issues within the agreed scope.
- Confirm hosting/API expenses and post-delivery bug-fix support before starting.
My maximum total development budget is ₹5,000 for the complete agreed scope. Please confirm in writing whether you can complete everything within this budget, along with the delivery timeline and payment milestones.
Do not start until we both agree on the complete scope, budget and delivery terms. I expect a working app and support through the Play Store publishing process, not just an APK or AAB.
