I need a CFD specialist to evaluate a small lifting bracket and tell me, with confidence, how much load it can safely carry when a straight pull is applied in one direction. The geometry is ready; as soon as we start I will share the CAD file so you can build a clean fluid domain and set up the boundary conditions correctly.

The core objective is a clear load rating derived from CFD results. While lift-and-drag plots or turbulence images are interesting, they are not mandatory unless they directly justify the final rating. I’m interested in a concise report that includes:
• The simulated load capacity (ultimate and recommended working load)
• Pressure distribution and any flow-induced stress concentrations that could limit strength
• A short note on safety factors and, if you spot an obvious improvement, a quick design suggestion

Please use any mainstream solver you are comfortable with—ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM, or similar—and document the setup so I can reproduce the run later if needed. Once you finish, hand over the project file, a PDF summary, and the raw result data. If everything aligns, this may lead to additional parts needing the same treatment.
