Key Responsibilities:
Introduce the company's products to clients through online and offline channels
Provide excellent services and communication skills with all leads and customers
Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
Develop new customers and maintain a good relationship with existing customers through social media, referrals, websites, and previous contacts.
Actively follow financial markets. Proactively discuss financial markets and factors that move them in an articulate manner with clients.
Gather feedback from customers or respect, and share with internal teams
Handle the complete sales process from lead conversion to account management
Call prospective clients to promote the products and services, to search for monthly account opening and turnover targets
Educate leads and clients on how to use the trading platforms
Reactivation calls for clients who have not traded for a long period
Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
Any other duties reasonably required for the role.
Experience and Qualifications:
Diploma level.
1-2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales
Previous experience in the Forex, Commodities, CFDs or Financial Industry is a must.
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
