I am expanding my import-export operations for industrial products with a specific focus on Asian markets and need an experienced consultant to guide the process from strategy through execution.

My current priorities are:
• Mapping a clear, end-to-end plan for moving industrial goods into and out of Asia, taking local regulations, tariffs, and logistics realities into account
• Verifying that every step—classification under the correct HS codes, licensing, documentation, and regulatory compliance—meets each target country’s requirements
• Clarifying optimal Incoterms, payment terms, and freight solutions so I can negotiate confidently with forwarders and suppliers
• Highlighting key free-trade agreements and regional incentives that could improve overall landed cost

Deliverables I expect:
1. A concise roadmap (PDF or Word) detailing the recommended workflow, contacts, and timelines for my first shipment cycle
2. Templates or checklists for essential documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, import/export permits) ready for me to adapt
3. A one-hour debrief call to walk me through the roadmap, answer questions, and refine next steps

Success will be measured by the clarity and practicality of the roadmap, the completeness of the document templates, and my ability to action the plan immediately after our debrief.

Experience with industrial goods and hands-on familiarity with Asian customs procedures are critical. Tools such as trade-data platforms, HS code lookup systems, and standard compliance software are welcome but not required—as long as the final advice is actionable and country-specific.
