I need two tightly-connected pieces of work completed so I can run the business with better data and turn more site visitors into confirmed bookings.
1) CEO Profit-and-Loss Dashboard
I want a single place where I can open my laptop each morning and see daily, weekly and monthly profit & loss, broken down by the specific Chart of Accounts we already use. Data has to flow automatically through Zapier from Square, Canadian QuickBooks Online, Payworks and Jobber. The mapping between each system and the COA needs to be built once and then monitored so nothing falls out of sync. I’m open on the display layer—Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or even a well-structured Google Sheet—as long as it is live-updating, shareable and can be filtered quickly.
Key needs
• Robust Zapier workflows (or direct API calls if you prefer) that pull sales, payroll and job data in near real time.
• Clear COA mapping tables I can adjust myself.
• Daily, weekly and monthly P&L views plus a simple drill-down on major expense categories.
• A short Loom or Zoom walkthrough so I know how to maintain it.
2) WordPress Website Update
The current WordPress site is staying, but it needs a refresh in design layout, functionality and content / SEO so more customers complete an online booking. I already use Jobber for service scheduling and Booqable for rentals; both widgets have to slot smoothly into the new pages, look native and work flawlessly on mobile.
Primary goals
• Update the layout to modern, fast, mobile-first styling without breaking anything live.
• Improve the booking flow: clearer calls-to-action, fewer clicks to Jobber/Booqable checkout, and obvious trust signals.
• Rewrite or refine page copy, headings and meta so we rank better for local keywords.
• Optimise page speed and core vitals after the changes.
Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• Working Zapier scenarios with documented steps.
• Live dashboard link showing correct figures for at least the last 30 days.
• Staging then live WordPress theme/files with new design, Jobber & Booqable embedded, and no layout issues on mobile, tablet or desktop.
• On-page SEO checks passed (titles, H1s, alt tags, schema where useful).
• A concise hand-off guide covering both the dashboard and the site.
