I’m getting ready for the CEH exam while laying the groundwork for OSCP, and I’d like a seasoned security professional to guide me through both tracks in parallel. My immediate priority is preparing for CEH and OSCP-style labs, not just theory. I learn best by doing, so I need a mentor who can weave together hands-on challenges that span web, network, and system testing.

Where I stand
• Skill level: intermediate — I’m comfortable in Linux, networking, and core tools such as Nmap, Burp Suite, and Metasploit, but I need help tying everything into a structured, exam-focused workflow.

What I need from you
• A clear study roadmap that balances CEH domains with OSCP methodology
• Custom lab exercises (local VMs or cloud) covering reconnaissance, exploitation, post-exploitation, and report writing
• Regular one-on-one sessions to review exploits, walk through toolsets, and fine-tune methodology
• Mock exams and debriefs to highlight gaps before the real test dates
• Practical explanations rather than theory dumps — show me why a technique matters and how to automate or script it when possible

Deliverables
– Weekly mentoring call (60–90 min) with post-call notes
– At least two fresh lab boxes per week that mix web, network, and system vectors
– Monthly mock exam with detailed feedback and a remediation plan
– A running knowledge base or repo where you track commands, scripts, and tips tailored to my progress

Please outline in your proposal:
• Your relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, OSCP, OSCE, CISSP) and real-world pentest experience
• How you’d structure the first month of training
• Preferred tools/platforms (TryHackMe, Hack The Box, custom VMware/Kali setup, etc.)
• Availability for live sessions and expected response time for ad-hoc questions
• Your rate structure (per session, hourly, or package)

Clear, practical guidance is more valuable to me than flashy slide decks. If you enjoy mentoring and can translate years of offensive security experience into actionable steps, let’s connect and start hacking our way to these certifications.
