CCTV Footage Enhancement Needed

I have a single CCTV clip that I need cleaned up so the person (or possibly an object they are carrying) can be clearly identified. At the moment the recording is noticeably blurred and shows some shakiness whenever the camera auto-adjusts, which is what is blocking a positive ID.

The job is straightforward: take the original file I supply and return a version that is as sharp and stable as technically possible. I am open to whatever combination of de-blur, motion-stabilisation, denoise and colour/contrast correction you feel will give the best result, provided the final export preserves the time-stamp and any other on-screen metadata.

Deliverables
• Cleaned, stabilised video in the same resolution and a common playback format (MP4 preferred)
• A short note (bullet points are fine) outlining the key steps or filters used, so I can document the chain of custody if required later

Acceptance will be based on visual clarity: the face, clothing or carried item in the key frames must be discernibly sharper than in the source file, with minimal new artefacts introduced. Fast turnaround is appreciated; let me know your expected timeline when you bid.
