Casual Team Photo Shoot

I need a photographer for a casual photo shoot to update our website.

Requirements:
- Photos of 1-5 team members
- Casual style

Hi,

We’re heading to Valencia next week with our team of 5 for the Valencia Digital Summit (VDS), where we’ll have our own stand. We’re looking for a photographer/videographer to capture some great moments.

We’d love a mix of professional team photos, natural shots of us interacting with founders and visitors at VDS, and a short promotional video for our website, LinkedIn and social media.

A few questions:

* Availability: Are you available on October 20 (afternoon), 21 or 22?
* Pricing: Could you quote us for 2 options: a 2-hour shoot at one location and a 3–4-hour shoot combining different locations?
* Locations: Could we combine a shoot at VDS with an hour outside the event? We’re staying near the beach, which could be a great setting for team photos and video.
* Preparation: What would you need from us to get the best results? Are there any requirements, permissions or preparations we should arrange?
* Your ideas: How would you approach this? We’d love your suggestions on locations, timing and creative concepts.
* Deliverables: How many edited photos would we receive? Could you also produce a short promotional video (30–60 seconds), and what’s the expected delivery time?
* Usage rights: Would we have full commercial usage rights for the photos and videos, including our website, social media and marketing campaigns?

We’re a recruitment startup from Amsterdam. We’d like the content to feel professional, authentic and energetic, capturing both our team and the atmosphere at VDS.

We’d love to hear your ideas and receive an estimated quote, including editing and any additional costs.
