I have already drafted a change-management playbook that turns my proprietary method into twelve Aesop-style “Change Fables.” The text is solid, yet painfully dry, so I want to bring it to life visually before anything else. My immediate priority is a set of playful, cartoonish illustrations that capture both the main fable heroes and their supporting cast with equal flair.

What I will hand over to you
• The full draft of the first chapter
• Two complete fable storylines (with rough personas)
• Sample animation clips from Animator for tone reference
• Visual references from https://www.flimpstudios.com/badchange/ and the Change Practice Playbook

What I need back in this first phase
1. Character style sheets for every principal and supporting character across the first twelve fables
2. Fully rendered, ready-to-publish illustrations for Chapter 1 of the playbook (cover, section headers, scene art, and spot graphics)
3. Layered source files (Illustrator, Procreate, or PSD) so my team can repurpose assets for later TikTok/LinkedIn micro-videos

Art direction
• Light, bright, and witty—think modern Saturday-morning cartoon rather than corporate clip-art
• Consistent visual language that will port seamlessly to short-form animation later
• Clear, expressive poses that anchor the moral of each fable at a glance

Acceptance criteria
Illustrations must align with the brand palette on https://www.aspirechangemanagement.com.au, feature both main and secondary characters prominently, and arrive in high-resolution (print + web) along with editable layers.

If you are comfortable moving from stills to motion, note it—video work will follow once the illustrations land. Let me see samples of similar cartoon work and tell me how you keep story and style cohesive across multiple assets.
