Cartoon Holiday Recap Comic

I need a fun, cartoon-like comic strip to showcase at our upcoming holiday party. It will be based off of a story I will provide and character are based off of certain staff members' photos from our company website.

Here’s how I picture it:

• Style: bright colours, exaggerated expressions, No dialogue bubbles needed—think Sunday funnies. Christmas theme.
• Focus: the standout “you-had-to-be-there” moments from Marketing, Support, and R&D (I’ll supply the anecdotes, photos, and brand palette).
• Length: enough panels to tell a complete mini-story without crowding the page—usually 10-15 slides works well, but I’m open to your pacing advice.

Process I’d like to follow
1. Rough pencil thumbnails to lock the flow and jokes.
2. Two rounds of feedback.
3. Clean inks and full colour finals.

Deliverables
• High-resolution PDF and PNG ready for print at 8.5 x 11, letter, Horizontal to add to Powerpoint
• Web-friendly JPEG for sharing.

Timeline: first draft within a week, final art a week after notes. Deadline November 25th

I can provide a sample of what we did last year. I’m excited to see our year brought to life!
