Cartoon 2D Animation Assets

I am putting together an entertainment-focused project and I need original 2D cartoon animation created from scratch. The final piece should feel lively, playful and fully suited for pure entertainment rather than advertising or training material.

Please handle all stages—rough storyboards, clean character animation, colouring, and compositing—and deliver both the rendered video (HD) and the editable source files you work in (for example, Animate/After Effects project, layered PSD or vector files). I will supply the script and any reference art the moment we begin; everything else, from timing to visual style choices, is yours to bring to life.

Acceptance criteria
• Smooth, on-model animation running at 24 fps (or higher if you prefer)
• HD 1080p final export in MP4 and MOV
• All layers organised and labelled inside the source project
• Unlimited minor tweaks within two days of first draft delivery
